We’re nearly half way through 2024 and it still seems like an eternity. But, thanks to the internet, streaming services like Netflix and HBO Max, we can binge-watch our favorite TV shows. The latter half of 2024 is stacked with amazing titles. From Marvel’s “Loki” to Netflix’s “Money Heist”, 2024 will see the arrival of new TV shows, sequels, and even conclusions.
Though we initially intended to provide more details on the supposed fate of the Snyder Verse (because like Batfleck as much as you do), we ultimately decided to leave it unattended at best. The rumor mill will do its job of providing you with all the spice from the world of television and entertainment.

1. Loki Season 1 (Disney+)
Let’s start with the obvious and the more popular pick. Thor’s adoptive troubled brother is making his grand return with “Loki”. The standalone project is a Disney+ exclusive and will premiere on June 9. “Loki” is among the 13 TV shows Marvel intends to release on Disney+ between 2024 and 2024. It is the third TV show to hit Disney+ after the critically acclaimed “WandaVision ” and “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”.
Fan favorite Tom Hiddleston is reprising his role as the “god of mischief”. New actors to join the series include Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Wunmi Mosaku. “Loki” will follow the journey of an alternate version of the titular character who managed to flee the heroic team called “Avengers” following the “Battle of New York” in 2012.
2. Rick and Morty Season 5 (Adult Swim)
The fifth season of the hit cartoon TV series will hit Adult Swim on June 20. Rick and Morty follows the adventures (or rather misadventures) of a cynical scientist Rick and his kind-hearted but irate grandson Morty Smith. The series has been praised for its originality, humor and creativity. Season five will consist of 10 episodes.
Season five will serve as a continuation of season four. As part of their deal with Adult Swim, the show’s creators said they would develop 50 more episodes. Justin Roiland returns to voice both titular characters.
3. Godzilla Singular Point (Netflix)
If you love destructive battles involving monster creatures then you should not miss out on this one. Godzilla Singular Point previously premiered on Netflix Japan on March 25. Other Japanese networks like KBS Kyoto, Tokyo MX, and BS1 aired the series on April 1. The series will get its international debut on Netflix on June 24. The anime consists of 13 episodes.
Godzilla Singular Point is set nine years in the future. Graduate student Mei Kamino and engineer Yuri Arikawa are two science prodigies forced to face unexpected dangers the size of kaiju monsters. Kaiju is a Japanese term used to refer to giant, uncontrollable monsters. The anime is a co-production between Studios Bones (My Hero Academia and Mob Psycho) and Orange (Beastars and Black Bullet).
4. The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon’s Judgement (Netflix)
The Seven Deadly Sins is a critically acclaimed anime television series. It first aired in 2014 and has spawned four multiple seasons since then. Netflix acquired the rights to stream the series in 2015. It was the second anime series licensed for English release by the streaming service. Dragon’s Judgment will arrive on June 28.
The Seven Deadly Sins involves a group of knights from Britannia who disbanded after their supposed defeat at the Hands of the Holy Knights. The knights later overthrew the incumbent rulers of the kingdom. Elizabeth, the third princess of the kingdom, takes it upon herself to find the disbanded group of knights in order to enlist their help in reclaiming the kingdom.
5. Riverdale Season 5 (CW)
The midseason finale of the acclaimed TV series ended on a cliffhanger. Many were left in shock. Some weren’t pleased with episode 10 ending. The bonkers that was the midseason finale made viewers wanting for more. The good news is that the series will be making its much anticipated return to television screens this summer. Episode 11 of season five will air on CW on July 7.
6. Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness (Netflix)
Resident Evil is one of the most popular video game franchises of all time. The popularity of original survival horror video game series spawned many sequels and spinoffs. Infinite Darkness is an original net animation anime series based on the franchise. It is developed by Capcom and licensed by Netflix for worldwide release. It will premiere on July 8.
Infinite Darkness is set between the events of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5. It follows Resident Evil 2 protagonists Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield as they uncover a hacking incident at the White House. Expect some violent action with a lot of zombie massacre and, of course, biting!
7. Impractical Jokers (truTV)
If you are a fan of pranks and outrageous dares, then Impractical Jokers can be your cup of tea. The series documents the action of several friends as they spend their time challenging each other to partake in awkward situations. The loser has to endure punishment. Brian Quinn, Joe Gatto, Joe, Sal Vulcano Q, Sal, James Murray, and Murr are best friends in real life and are on a mission to make one another’s lives awkwardly uncomfortable. The series will air on truTV on July 8.
8. American Horror Stories (FX on Hulu)
American Horror Stories serves as the spinoff to the “American Horror Story”. Season one, episode one is scheduled to hit the screens on July 15. Created by Ryan Murphy, the series includes Dyllon Burnside, Nico Greetham, and Kevin McHale as cast members.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine (NBC)
Get ready for a dose of laughter and action as Brooklyn Nine-Nine returns to the screens on August 12. Season 8 of the acclaimed TV series will see the return of fan favorites Andy Samberg, Melisso Fumero, Terry Crews, and Andre Braugher as the serious and stern Captain Raymond Holt. The final season will consist of 10 episodes.
9. The Walking Dead (AMC)
The conclusion to Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard’s masterpiece will make its way to the screens on August 22. With The Walking Dead, you could never predict the outcome.
